MERLIN STUDIOS HAS OVER 20 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THE CULINARY WORLD.

 

We specialize in the hot new realm known as micro-catering.  We handle group sizes of up to a dozen people.  We are versatile.  We can prepare gourmet cuisine on-site or off-site and indoors or outdoors.  We can tailor to specific needs such as vegan or gluten free. We can deliver to a group hungry bridesmaids or cater to a group of campers or provide a gourmet basket for your hike with that special person in your life. You could have a personal chef accompany you outdoors.  We can make make your dinner party one to remember. Cost is $25-75 per person depending on location and type of & variety of cuisine offered. Salads & Starters:

 

Classic Ceaser salad with gremolata roasted croutons & shaved parmesan.  Option to top with grilled shrimp or chicken 

 

Chiffonade of savoy cabbage salad tossed in chipotle aioli & adorned with pico de gallo & tortilla strips

 

Chopped Asian salad with julienned snow peas and peppers finished with roasted cashews and a seseame-citrus ginger vinagrette

 

Arugala salad tossed with diced romas, gorgonzola, slivered almonds and sweet balsamic dressing

 

Bruschetta three ways.   Classic tomato bruschetta, kalamata olive tapenade, and pesto sauteed mushrooms

 

Salmon & herbed cream cheese mousse served with roasted garlic crostini and field greens dressed with lemon vinagrette

 

Classic Shrimp Cocktail served with a lemon wasabi cocktail sauce and fresh dill garnish

 

BBQ Slider bar; grass feed beef sliders with toasted hawaiian sweet rolls & all the gourmet fixings

 

The Heartbreaker: Thinly sliced Granny Smith apples & Anjou pears, blue cheese, fire roasted garlic and olive oil drizzled over baguette

 

Entrees:

 

Chicken Picatta or Marsala sauce served over linguine with fire roasted tomatoes and grilled artichoke hearts

 

New York pepper steak topped with caramelized onion & served with herb whipped potato & balsamic grilled asparagus

 

Seared Ahi tuna steaks served with Thai chili cream sauce, Basmati rice and Asian vegetables medley

 

Macadamia coated Mahi-Mahi with orange ginger buerre blanc, lemon garlic sautéed spinach & jasmine rice

 

Fettuccine alla vodka with garlic flashed shrimp, asparagus, scallions and creamy rose sauce

 

Lemon butter Salmon sautéed with Mediterranean vegetables and tossed with black pepper orzo

 

Spinach Enchiladas accompanied by red beans, spanish rice, topped with ancho chili puree & fire roasted salsa

 

Thai Chicken seared with fresh array of Asian vegetables and a spicy Thai peanut sauce over udon noodles

 

Rosemary and basil pesto seared Lamb Chops with rosemary roasted red potatoes and lemon garlic grilled asparagus
